New for 2025 (please read carefully)
Our AMA Insurance Provider has placed the following restrictions on our event:
Rider Check-in/Check-out Policy
We will be implementing a policy where each rider must check-in before beginning the ride, and check-out when they have completed the ride each day. This is to ensure that we can be aware of riders that have not returned from the ride and may still be out on the route.
Restricted AMA Minor Release “Parent Signature” Policy
- If the participant will be under 18 years old on the day before the event, an AMA Minor Recreation Release and Waiver (pdf download) must be presented on site at registration check-in and signed as follows:
IMPORTANT: Both parents must sign the waiver in front of the witness at registration check-in. If both parents cannot be present at check-in, then the release form must be signed by both parents and Notarized off-site prior to check-in. - A single parent, who indicates they have SOLE LEGAL CUSTODY or are the SOLE PARENT, may ONLY sign the waiver in front of the witness at registration check-in. (A notarized waiver signed by a single parent will not be accepted)
- A GUARDIAN cannot sign for a Minor participant. There can be NO Exceptions!
